1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SharpCircle ("the platform", "we", "us", "our") at sharpcircle.bet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SharpCircle after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction to use SharpCircle. This is typically 18 in most countries and 21 in others. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum legal age requirement where you live. SharpCircle is not available to users in jurisdictions where accessing tipster or gambling-related content is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with local laws.

3. Nature of the Platform

SharpCircle is an information platform. We provide verified tipster statistics, pick history, and performance records for informational purposes only. SharpCircle is not a bookmaker, gambling operator, or betting exchange. We do not accept bets, process wagers, or guarantee any financial returns. Tipster picks are shared for informational and entertainment purposes — they are not financial advice. Past performance of any tipster on SharpCircle is not a guarantee of future results. All betting activity carries inherent risk and you should only ever bet what you can afford to lose.

4. Accounts

Registration: You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
One account per user: Each user may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse the platform is prohibited.
Account security: If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at admin@sharpcircle.bet.
Account deletion: You may delete your account at any time from your account dashboard. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention after deletion.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions: Some tipster content requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are displayed clearly before purchase.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as specified). Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Cancellation: You may cancel any subscription at any time from your account dashboard. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period and will not be charged again after cancellation.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for subscription periods already in progress. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at admin@sharpcircle.bet.
Tipster earnings: Tipsters on the platform earn a percentage of subscription revenue. Commission rates are agreed at onboarding. SharpCircle reserves the right to adjust platform fees with reasonable notice.

6. Tipster Rules

Tipsters accepted onto SharpCircle agree to the following rules:

Picks must be submitted before kickoff: All picks must be posted before the relevant event begins. Late submissions will not be graded and will not count towards a tipster's record.
No editing or deleting picks: Once posted, picks cannot be edited or deleted. This is the foundation of SharpCircle's verification model.
Honest representation: Tipsters must not misrepresent their picks, odds, or results. Any attempt to manipulate records will result in immediate removal from the platform.
Compliance with laws: Tipsters are responsible for ensuring their activity complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

SharpCircle reserves the right to remove any tipster from the platform at any time for breach of these rules or conduct that is damaging to the platform or its users.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Misuse the platform: Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise exploit SharpCircle or its systems.
Post harmful content: Share offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or illegal content on the platform.
Impersonate others: Pretend to be another user, tipster, or SharpCircle staff member.
Abuse subscriptions: Share subscription content with non-subscribers or circumvent access controls.
Spam or harass: Send unsolicited messages or harass other users or tipsters on the platform.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on SharpCircle — including the platform design, logo, branding, and written content — is owned by SharpCircle or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission. Tipsters retain ownership of their own picks and content. By posting on SharpCircle, tipsters grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute that content on the platform.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

SharpCircle provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of tipster data or picks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SharpCircle shall not be liable for:

Betting losses: Any financial losses incurred as a result of following tipster picks or using information on the platform.
Platform downtime: Loss of access to the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
Third-party services: The conduct or content of third-party services linked from SharpCircle, including bookmakers or betting affiliates.
Indirect losses: Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Affiliate Links

SharpCircle may contain affiliate links to third-party betting operators (such as Bet105). If you click these links and register or deposit, we may receive a commission. This does not affect the price you pay or the service you receive. We only partner with operators we believe offer a good experience for our users. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or terms of any third-party bookmaker or affiliate partner.

11. Responsible Gambling

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from your use of SharpCircle will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
